We have been able to buy into Arizona for 30% of previously sold values, and have been

able to find many deals like these in areas heavily affected by foreclosures.

While we believe US housing needs to be approached with realistic expectations and a

good understanding of risks and difficulties, we are enthusiastic about the potential for

well-thought out investment. While most real estate is purchased with the expectation of

average capital growth, we have approached the current US market on a rental yield and

cashflow basis. While we do believe there will be good capital growth we expect that this

will not start to occur for a number of years and should not be motivational for investing in

the US at this time.

We have researched the regions of interest to us and developed a profile of the types of

properties we believe are good investments for these areas. We have then sourced more

of these properties than we are able to purchase. We are aware that many people are
